Refund and Return Policy

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at theqeqeee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Return Shipping Return shipping instructions will be provided on a per-order basis. Costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of return approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items may be non-returnable depending on the supplier. This will be clearly noted on the product page where applicable.
